Necessary products

  • 1 packet (350 grams) Pasta Pene
  • 150 grams of ham, cut into small pieces
  • 250 grams of mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams of sour cream with 20% fat
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Put a saucepan of salted water on the stove and let it boil. Pour the pasta into it and cook it for a few minutes, according to the instructions on the package. Remove from the heat, drain and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the ham inside for a few minutes until crispy. Add the mushrooms to the pan, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the sour cream. Wait until it starts to boil slightly. Finally, pour the pasta, Parmesan and parsley. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
