How To Cook Pasta Salad With Cabbage And Carrots And Water Chestnut - Recipe

Required products :

  • 220 grams of small pasta
  • 400 grams of cabbage and carrot salad
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 diced cucumber
  • 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 can of 400 grams of water chestnut, drained and chopped

for dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/3 tea cup of sugar (can be skipped if you don't like sweet and sour flavors)
  • 1/4 tea cup of vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta and rinse them with cold water when they are ready. Transfer them to a bowl and add the vegetables and chopped water chestnuts.

In a small bowl, mix all the dressing products, stirring well to get a smooth mixture, and pour over the pasta salad. Stir and cool for 1 hour before serving the salad.
