Fry the garlic in olive oil. When the cloves release their aroma, remove them from the fat and put the tomatoes, cut into slightly small pieces, in it. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on high heat, then reduce the temperature and add the chopped arugula.
A minute later, pour the wine and simmer for a few more minutes.
Add the pre-cooked pasta according to the instructions on the package, add salt and stew for a minute. Then remove the pan from the heat, close with a lid and leave the dish for 7-8 minutes.
Serve the pasta by sprinkling with grated yellow cheese and garnish with arugula leaves.
A glass of white wine is a must.
