Required products :

250 grams of pasta of your choice
350 fresh cauliflower
150 grams of bacon
1 small chili pepper
1 stalk of leek
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
yellow cheese to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the pasta in it, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let it cook until done. During this time, cut the bacon into thin long pieces about 1-1.5 centimeters wide.

 

Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into slices.

 

Fry them together with the bacon in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and remove to a plate.
