Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 350 grams of pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 20 milliliters of oil (for adding to pasta and for frying vegetables)
  • 25 grams of butter (for frying chicken)

 

Preparation:

Pour water into a saucepan, place on the stove and as soon as it boils, add salt, pour the pasta and stir immediately so that they do not stick together (you can add 1 tablespoon of oil to the water to avoid sticking). The time required for cooking is indicated on the package (usually 7-10 minutes are sufficient). Strain the prepared pasta.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in butter for 10-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt to taste.

Cut onions, carrots, and tomatoes into small cubes and fry them in a separate pan for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the pasta and the stuffing over the fillet, stir and leave the mixture on the stove for 2-3 minutes.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the dish with grated yellow cheese and decorate with fresh green spices.
