How To Cook Pasta With Chicken, Mushrooms, Melted Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of pasta or pasta of your choice
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 50 grams later
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 grams of melted cheese
  • 150 grams of semi-hard yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • oil


Method of preparation :

Finely chop the leek and sauté it in oil until soft. Then add the breasts, which you previously cut into small pieces. Fry over high heat until white. At this stage, pour the mushrooms over the meat, pour the soy sauce, stir and stew for 5-7 minutes.

Turn the oven to 180-200 degrees and start pouring until the appliance heats up.

Pour the milk into a suitable container, add the melted cheese and half of the yellow cheese (grated). Heat until the cheeses are melted, but the mixture should not boil.

Boil the pasta until semi-finished in salted water, drain the liquid using a colander. Combine the pasta with the mushrooms and chicken, then transfer the mixture to a pan.

Pour the products with the warm milk sauce, sprinkle with the remaining grated yellow cheese and bake in the preheated oven.

In 15-20 minutes the coating will turn red beautifully and the kitchen will be filled with a delicious aroma. This is a sign that the dish is ready to eat.

If you serve it right away, there will still be sauce inside. To absorb completely from the pasta, wait a while and then serve.
