Are you tired of spaghetti with tomato sauce and pasta in the oven? It's time to prepare something different, without meat, with many flavors, fresh and very tasty! Namely pasta with dried tomatoes, artichokes and olives! Add a little cheese for splendor, if you like!

Required products :

  • 1 packet of 400 grams of pasta (ribbons)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 3/4 tea cup dried tomatoes (soaked for 2 cups in warm water, drained, if not from a jar)
  • 1 cup canned artichoke, chopped
  • 1/3 tea cup chopped black olives
  • 1/3 teaspoon basil

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta until done, drain.

Stew the garlic in the fat for 1-2 minutes, add the red pepper and after it softens add the tomatoes, artichokes, olives and basil. Cook until they release their aromas - about 2-3 minutes.

 

Be careful not to overcook, you need to keep some of the freshness of the basil.

Stir in the pasta and serve.

Suitable for the dish is usually white brined cheese or feta.
