Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 100 grams of fresh spinach
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil for frying
  • 500 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream
  • a bunch of finely chopped parsley

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the pasta in advance and cool. Put them in a pan greased with olive oil and add the cleaned fresh spinach. Season with salt, pepper and stir.

 

Heat fat in a pan, form meatballs from the minced meat and fry them. Drain and add to the pasta.

 

Sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese and yellow cheese, pour the cream and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 10-12 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, distribute portions and serve.
