How To Cook Pasta With Minced Meat, Cheese And Oregano - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of pasta
  • 450 grams of low-fat minced meat
  • 200 grams of parmesan
  • 200 grams of mozzarella
  • 600 grams of tomato sauce
  • onion head
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • tablespoon dried oregano
  • tablespoon basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butter


Method of preparation :

Fry the chopped onion and minced meat in olive oil, add salt, ground black pepper to taste, pour the tomato sauce and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.

Boil the pasta in slightly salted water, but not until fully cooked, but to remain a little firm.

Grease the bottom of a pan with butter, in which distribute an even layer of half the pasta. Followed by 1/2 of the grated Parmesan cheese and slices of mozzarella. Drizzle with the meat sauce and place the remaining pasta on top, followed by the cheese.

Sprinkle with oregano, basil and bake the dish for 30 minutes at an oven temperature of 180 degrees.
