How To Cook Pasta With Minced Meat, Milk Topping And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of pasta
500 grams of minced meat
1 onion
tomato sauce for spaghetti to taste
200 grams of grated mozzarella
2 tablespoons oil

For the sauce:

100 grams of mayonnaise
100 grams of sour cream
100 milliliters of milk
100 grams of yellow cheese
3 cloves crushed garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Boil the pasta until ready in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain the liquid and pour them into a pan.

Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, pour in the milk, add the grated yellow cheese, the crushed garlic cloves and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the pasta.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion with the minced meat for a few minutes on high heat. When removed from the heat, add the tomato sauce, stir and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and cover the dish with foil. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove the coating and let the pasta cook for another 10 minutes.

 

The casserole is ready.
