Method of preparation :
Boil the selected paste in salted water until fully cooked.
Peel an onion, wash and chop finely.
Separate the spinach leaves from the stems, wash them and cut into large pieces.
Fry onions until golden in olive oil. Add the mushrooms that you have previously cleaned and cut. Let them cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
Next is the spinach, reduce the heat to a minimum and close the pan with a lid. Stew for 1-2 minutes until the leaves soften and then pour the cream.
Season with dried basil, black pepper, salt and put the crushed garlic cloves.
Stir and allow the mixture to heat without allowing it to boil.
After about 4-5 minutes in the prepared sauce, pour the cooked pasta, stir and leave the dish for about 5-7 minutes on the stove until the sauce thickens.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
