In our hectic daily lives, we all need quick and delicious recipes to prepare for our family during the week. This is just that - it will take you about 30 minutes, after which you will have a delicious and nutritious dinner for your loved ones.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of pasta - use fusilli or farfale
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 chicken breasts - without skin
  • hot red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1/3 tea cup dried tomatoes in the marinade
  • 1/2 cup pesto of your choice

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes in boiling water and drain the excess liquid, leaving it slightly solid in the middle - al dente.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crushed garlic cloves in the fat until they soften and release their aroma. Cut the meat into small pieces and add them to the pan. Season with red pepper and cook until the chicken is golden and completely cooked.

In a large bowl, combine the pesto, chicken, pasta and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir so that all the ingredients are well mixed and evenly distributed throughout the dish. Optionally serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese or eat without adding anything extra.
