Learn how to cook "Pasta with spinach, onions and canned fish". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 teaspoons spiral pasta
1 can of fish of your choice
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon spinach (can be frozen)
3 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon flakes red pepper
salt, olives and fresh parsley (optional) - to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the pasta in salted water for about 7-10 minutes. Drain the liquid with a colander and allow to cool.
Peel an onion and cut it into large pieces, mash the garlic with a press, cut the parsley together with the stalks.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry onions in it for about 3 minutes, then add garlic, spinach, olives and red pepper flakes. Let everything simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
Clean the fish from the bones and mash with a fork. Pour into the bowl with the other products and leave the combination on the stove for another 5-7 minutes.
When you remove the sauce from the heat, mix it with the pasta, stir and serve immediately.
