Method of preparation:
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Strain the prepared pasta, leaving some of the liquid in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and capers until they release their aroma. Add the tomatoes and olives and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Pour the pasta back into the pan and add the spinach, kale and basil pesto and the reserved liquid. Cook, stirring, until the spinach is soft.
Serve mainly with fish or grilled chicken for a balanced diet.
You can refrigerate overnight in the refrigerator. Add diced cucumber and garnish with fresh basil to make a delicious salad.
