How To Cook Pasta With Tomatoes, Yellow Cheese And Savory - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of pasta
100 grams of butter
50 milliliters of fresh milk
50 grams of flour
3 eggs
50 grams of yellow cheese
1 tomato
salt and pepper to taste
oregano and savory to taste

Preparation :
Boil the pasta in salted water, then drain and dry. Drizzle with 50 grams of melted butter. In the remaining 50 grams of butter, fry the flour, pour in the milk and let the mixture cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add the spices and pour the sauce over the pasta. Beat the eggs with a little salt and half of the grated yellow cheese (you can use cheese).
Pour half of the pasta into a greased pan, pour in some of the egg mixture, then spread a second layer of pasta and eggs again.
Arrange tomato rings and spread the remaining yellow cheese on the surface. Finally, sprinkle with oregano and savory and place the dish in a preheated oven to bake until golden.
