Required products :

  • 120 grams of short pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 170 grams of canned tuna
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tea glass of dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ground black pepper (as much as you want)

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta in salted water.

Heat the olive oil in a suitable pan (at medium temperature), pour in the onion, red pepper flakes and after 5 minutes of frying add the fish and capers. Add salt and wine. Once it boils, reduce the heat and let the mixture boil for about 10 minutes. If it starts to get very dry, pour some more wine.

It's time to add the pasta, stir and pour a little olive oil. Finally, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley leaves, season to taste and serve the pasta.
