  • 250 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of granulated sugar

  • 300 grams of granulated sugar
  • 75 milliliters of water
  • 2 tea cups walnuts

Method of preparation :

Add the butter, previously softened and mixed with the sugar, to the crushed sponge cake, biscuits or roll. Pour the cognac and vanilla sweetness, stir and divide the mixture into balls, which you store in the refrigerator (there is also a variant in which one or two yolks are added to the combination, you could take advantage of it if the resulting consistency does not allow the formation of round pastries ).

Make caramel from sugar and water. Dip the cakes in it and roll them in the coarsely crushed walnuts.

The dessert is ready.
