Required products :

  • 100 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 150 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 15 milliliters of cognac
  • 50 grams of apricot jam

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs and sugar, you should get a fluffy elastic foam. Pour the flour into it and mix.
