Learn how to cook "Pastries with milk cream and walnut coating". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

6 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons flour

For cream:

400 grams of condensed milk
200 grams of butter
150 milliliters of liquid
vanilla cream to taste

walnuts for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar and the egg whites separately until a firm foam is obtained.

For the yolks, pour the sour cream, oil and flour with the soda (without extinguishing it). Beat well with a mixer and carefully add the egg whites.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment and pour the dough into the bowl. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

When the marshmallows are baked, cut out circles using a cup.

Make a cream by mixing condensed milk with butter. Add the pre-whipped cream and vanilla to taste.

When you cut the circles, there will be pieces of dough left, which you grate to get crumbs. Mix them with the crushed walnuts.

It's time to put the pastiches together. Glue two circles of marshmallows with the cream, spread their surface with the milk combination and finally sprinkle with the mixture of crumbs and walnuts.

The dessert is ready.

Enjoy your meal!
