Learn how to cook "Pastries with strawberry cream by Ines Subashka". Delicious recipe.

Required products :
for swamps:

  • 100 grams of coconut flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 grams of coconut oil - melted
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk (you can use almond)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

for cream:

  • 1 can of 400 milliliters of coconut milk (use only the cream from it, without the liquid)
  • 7-8 berries
  • 1 banana
  • vanilla

Method of preparation :

From the breadcrumbs, make a crumbly dough, which you transfer to a small pan, pre-greased with oil. You can easily shape the swamp with your hands by pressing it.

Bake the marshmallows for 30-35 minutes in a warm oven - at 180 degrees (if during this time the marshmallows are not well baked, slightly increase the oven).

Canned coconut milk should be from the refrigerator - so the cream will separate from the coconut water. Using a spoon, remove the cream and put it in a blender. Add the strawberries, banana, vanilla and grind until smooth. Add honey if you want extra sweetness. Leave the cream in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Lightly syrup the marsh if desired - maybe with coffee, but be careful not to overdo it with the liquid, because the cream also releases moisture.

When the cream is still slightly liquid, apply it to the marsh. Garnish with strawberries and nuts. Leave in the refrigerator for two hours, then cut the pastries.
