Required products :
140 grams of sugar
100 grams of roasted hazelnuts
1 egg
175 grams of butter
5 pears
50 grams of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons apricot jam
140 grams of sifted flour
Method of preparation :
Grind the roasted hazelnuts and mix them with the sifted flour. Add the butter and mix until you get a dough that resembles bread crumbs. Add sugar, grated chocolate and eggs.
Wash and peel two of the pears, clean the core with the seeds and cut into small pieces, mix with the dough.
Grease the bottom of a suitable baking dish with oil, cover with parchment and pour the mixture over them. Peel, clean and cut the remaining fruit, spread them on the surface of the dough and lightly press them to sink a little
into it.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 160 degrees for about an hour (the dough should become elastic). Remove the pan from the oven, leave for 10 minutes, then place the dessert on a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Coat the surface with warmed marmalade.
