Required products :

6 pears
175 grams butter
140 grams flour
140 grams sugar
2 eggs
100 grams walnuts
50 grams dark chocolate
2 tablespoons apricot jam

 

Method of preparation :

Dry the walnuts for 6 minutes in a dry pan, stirring constantly. When cool, grind with a blender until crumbly.

Sift the flour, cut the butter into small pieces. Add them to the walnuts, add the eggs and sugar. Beat and transfer the resulting dough to a bowl.

Peel 3 pears, remove the seeds from the core and cut the fruit into small pieces. Grate the chocolate. Pour the two products into the dough and mix.

Cut the remaining pears into thin long pieces.

Grease a detachable form with oil, pour the dough into it, level the surface and arrange the sliced ​​fruit on it.

Bake the cake in a preheated 160 degree oven for an hour. When removed from the oven, cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

Heat the apricot jam, spread it on the cake and serve immediately.
