How To Cook Pate Of Roasted Peppers And Tomatoes With Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 sweet peppers (red)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 grams of cream cheese (or cottage cheese)
  • a little sugar
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into several pieces and arrange in a tray. Sprinkle with a little sugar to caramelize lightly. Bake in the oven together with the peppers.

When the surface of the peppers turns black, take them out and put them in a plastic bag for 10 minutes, then peel the skins.

Put the two vegetables in a blender, season and grind. Transfer the pate to a bowl and place the cream cheese on top. You can stir if you wish.

Serve on a slice of wholemeal bread or toast white.
