Required products :
half a cup of peas
one teaspoon of spinach
half a teaspoon of flour
half a tablespoon of starch
two sprigs of parsley
half a teaspoon of ground cumin
one or two cloves of garlic
half a teaspoon of baking powder
two or three tablespoons of oil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour water over the peas overnight, then rinse and grind together with the garlic cloves using a blender. You can pour 1/4 tea cup of water if necessary.
Mix the flour with the starch, baking powder and cumin. Add the pea puree to the dry combination.
Followed by chopped spinach and parsley, add salt to taste.
Close the dish with a lid or cover with plastic wrap and let the vegetable dough stand for an hour.
Then grease your hands with oil and form meatballs, which you bake in a pan heated to medium heat with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (about 4-5 minutes on each side).
Remove the finished meatballs on a napkin so that it can absorb the excess oil.
You can serve it as an appetizer, a side dish to meat dishes or a main course.
Drizzle with your favorite sauce.
