Required products :

  • 200 grams of canned peas
  • 50 milliliters of oil or other vegetable fat
  • 20 grams of walnuts or other suitable nuts (you can also add seeds)
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice / vinegar
  • green onions, salt, dill

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the vegetables into random pieces and mix them with the canned peas, which are previously drained from the liquid.

Make a dressing by mixing the crushed garlic clove with the crushed walnuts, oil and lemon juice.

Season the salad with it, sprinkle it with chopped dill and green onions, then you can serve.

Canned peas go well with seafood, chicken and red meat, various vegetables and many other foods. This allows you to prepare a huge variety of dishes with green beans.
