Necessary products:
800 grams of canned peaches
250 grams of flour
200 grams of butter
200 grams of sugar
5 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
50 milliliters of fresh milk
For the cream:
400 grams of cream
100 grams of sugar
Method of preparation:
Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat the eggs, milk, flour and baking powder to break them. Make a light dough.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. Arrange the peaches on the surface, pre-cut them into appropriate sized pieces. Put the cake to bake for half an hour.
