How To Cook Peach Dessert In White Wine Stuffed With Biscuits And Almonds - Recipe

Required products :

  • 10 biscuits of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 200 milliliters of white dessert wine
  • 1 cup crushed almonds
  • 1-2 tablespoons whole almonds
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 2 fresh peaches


Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits in a blender until they crumble. Add the crushed almonds to them, stir and pour some of the wine. The consistency of wet sand should be obtained.

Cut each of the fruits in half, being careful not to injure them. Remove the stones.

Pour the wine and water into a hot pan, add the powdered sugar. Stir and bring the sauce to a boil. Then put the peaches in it with the cut down. After a few minutes, turn the fruit over and close the container. The whole cooking process should take about 7 minutes.

Remove the fruit to a plate, with two halves equal to one serving.

Put the biscuit-almond filling on them, pour the sauce and garnish with whole nuts.
