Required products :
1 peach
unsalted biscuits of your choice
200 grams of peach puree
For the glaze:
300 milliliters of fresh milk
100 grams of chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
white chocolate for decoration
Method of preparation :
Heat the milk, add the chocolate to it and when it melts pour the sugar, cocoa and stir. The glaze is ready. You should "assemble" the dessert.
Cut the peach into pieces and place at the bottom of suitable bowls or cups. Spread the biscuits on top, then the puree, the icing and finish with the biscuits.
Decorate the dessert with white chocolate spirals and store in the refrigerator for two hours.
