Required products :

  • 2 well-ripened peaches + a few slices for decoration
  • 1 banana
  • 150 grams of natural yogurt
  • honey or other sweetener to taste
  • a few mint leaves

Method of preparation :

Peel a banana, cut it into medium-thick circles, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator or freezer for half an hour (this will give them more density, which in turn will affect the consistency of the finished cocktail).

Wash and dry the peaches (if they are very fluffy and you don't like it, you can peel them), remove the stones and cut the rest into pieces.

Mix the fruit in a blender and add the yogurt. If you want to get an iced drink, you can distribute the milk in molds that you put in the freezer for 30 minutes before using. Thus, ice milk cubes will form during the breaking.

Sweeten with honey, put the mint leaves and beat the products until smooth.

Distribute the smoothie in cups and decorate with peach slices or your choice.

Have a good time!
