Necessary products:

  • 2 eggs
  • 350-400 grams of flour
  • 2 cups of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 grams of marmalade

Method of preparation:

First beat the eggs, add the oil, honey, soda, cinnamon, cloves and flour. Knead the dough and form balls out of it, flatten them on one side, place in a pan greased with oil. Bake in a moderate oven. Glue the finished cakes two by two with jam. Dip in confectionery paint and roll in sugar.
