Necessary products:

 

  • 170 grams of butter
  • 300 grams of crystal sugar
  • 160 grams of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 120 milliliters of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 120 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 15 milliliters of apple cider vinegar
  • 220 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder + a pinch of salt

 

for cream

 

  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 240 grams of peanut butter
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 5 milliliters of vanilla, liquid
  • 240 grams of powdered sugar
  • 150 grams of liquid dark chocolate

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and beat until creamy. Add the butter, flaxseed, vanilla, water, milk, vinegar and stir until all the ingredients are mixed. Combine with the flour mixed with the salt and baking powder and stir once more.
