Required products :

for the filling:

  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar (powder)

for sweets:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup sugar crystals
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Stir in the peanut butter and powdered sugar to combine. Form small balls out of them by taking a teaspoon of the mixture and making piles in a tray lined with paper.

Freeze the peanut balls for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, butter, white and brown sugar and beat with a mixer to obtain a fluffy cream. Add the egg and vanilla and combine again. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and knead.

Take some of the dough, spread it on your palms in the center, put 1 ball of peanut filling. Cover the filling with the dough and roll the dough balls in sugar.

Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper at a sufficient distance between the cakes.

Bake them for 12-15 minutes at 185 degrees.

Enjoy cookies that have a tender peanut cream and a crunchy coating.
