Required products :

  • 20 glued Oreo cookies, ground
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon soft butter, at room temperature
  • 1 2/3 tea cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate drops
  • 3/4 tea cup cooking cream

Method of preparation :

Mix the ground biscuits with the melted butter and mix well. Squeeze them to the bottom of a small pan, making a light board out of them. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat the peanut and butter well with a mixer until creamy. Season with a little salt, vanilla and powdered sugar, combine again.

Pour the cream over the cookie sheet and put in the freezer while you prepare the chocolate.

Heat the cream until it starts to boil and pour it over the chocolate pieces and leave for 5 minutes.

Stir to combine the products to obtain a smooth cream.

Pour the resulting chocolate ganache over the peanut butter and leave the cake in the fridge for 10 minutes before cutting.
