How To Cook Peanut Pudding With Chocolate Biscuits, Banana And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup + 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 medium-sized bananas
  • 1 and 1/2 packet of chocolate chip cookies
  • 3 cups cooking cream
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

pudding:

Mix in a large saucepan 3/4 cup sugar, flour and salt. Beat the milk with the eggs in a bowl until smooth and add to the sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (15-20 minutes). Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter, butter and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.

Fill a large bowl with ice. Place the pan in it and let it stand, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has cooled completely. Meanwhile, cut the bananas into circles.

cream:

Beat the cream with a teaspoon with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract with a mixer until foamy. Gradually add the remaining 6 tablespoons of sugar and beat on medium speed until hard peaks form.

arrangement:

Cover the bottom of the pan with the chocolate biscuits (separate and break 4 biscuits for decoration). Arrange half of the banana rings and half of the pudding mixture on top. Repeat the layers once more. Garnish on top with sweetened whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits, peanuts and cocoa powder.
