Required products :

  • 1 kilogram of pears
  • 400 grams of sugar
  • 120 milliliters of white dessert wine

For the sauce :

  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 0.5 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 50 grams of chocolate
  • 5 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoon butter

Method of preparation :

Wash the pears well. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, pour 1 teaspoon of boiling water, bring to a boil and stir. Add the wine to the sugar syrup and put the fruit in the resulting combination. Cook until done, then remove from the syrup and arrange on a plate with the handles facing up.
