How To Cook Peking Cabbage Salad With Quail Eggs, Tuna And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 6-7 leaves of Chinese cabbage
  • 7-10 quail eggs
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of white bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • salt and suitable spices

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread into small cubes and dry in the oven at 150-160 degrees, stirring 2-3 times in the meantime.

 

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper.

 

Cut the cabbage leaves into large pieces (about 1-1.5 centimeters).

 

Put them in the salad bowl and pour half of the sauce.

 

Put a thick row of yellow cubes on them.

 

Followed by fish pieces (drain the fat from the can).

 

Pour the remaining sauce over the croutons and then add to the other products.

 

Arrange the pre-cooked, peeled and cut into two quail eggs on top.

 

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

 

And don't be surprised at all, but serve immediately!
