peppers
eggplants
tomatoes
bow
oil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Fry the peppers (whole) until golden in oil. Cut the aubergines into pieces, onion into cubes, grate the tomatoes.
Fry the onion in a little fat, add the grated tomatoes, add salt to taste and stew. Then add the peppers and aubergines, five minutes later remove the dish from the heat.
You can simply stew the tomatoes and onions and pour the resulting sauce over the peppers and aubergines that you have previously fried.
