How To Cook Peppers With Minced Meat And Beans In Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 8-10 peppers for stuffing
  • 400 grams of boiled old beans
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1-2 onions
  • dill and parsley (total 1/2 bunch)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • salt, dried herbs, black pepper

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon broth


Method of preparation :

Remove the tails and seeds of the peppers.

Mash the cooked beans with a fork.

Heat oil and fry the chopped onion in it, add the minced meat and cook until it becomes crumbly. Then pour the bean puree into the mixture and mix thoroughly. If the filling is very thick, you can pour 50-100 milliliters of water or broth. Finally, add the chopped dill and parsley, season with salt, dried herbs, black pepper.

Fill the prepared peppers with the combination of beans and minced meat, arrange them in a pan and pour the sauce made from tomato paste and cream, dissolved in a glass of broth (you can replace with warm water). Season to taste.

Bake for about an hour in the oven, and the degrees should be about 180-190.
