Required products :

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 3 peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cube vegetable broth
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon water and sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ground black pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Cut the peppers into circles (use different colors to make the dish more colorful), pre-cleaning them from the seeds. Peel an onion and cut it into semicircles, grate the garlic finely.

Season the chicken with black pepper and salt, fry it in a mixture of olive oil and butter. When it turns golden, transfer to a pan.

Fry the onion in the same fat until golden and pour it into the meat dish.

Then fry the pepper rings until soft, put them in the pan as well.

Stew the garlic in the pan for 30 seconds, pour in the water and add the pre-peeled and sliced ​​tomatoes. Stir, add the Italian spices, the cube of vegetable broth, black pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pour the cream. Stir.

Cook the sauce for 5 minutes on low heat, then pour it over the chicken breasts and vegetables.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven for half an hour at 200 degrees.

Then remove, remove the foil, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and return to the oven (uncoated) for another 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
