Required products :

50 grams of Guada cheese
50 grams of Camembert
1 egg
150 grams of flour
100 grams of butter
1/2 packet of baking powder
20 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 10%
10 grams of pistachios
10 grams of peanuts
10 grams of sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon spoon of grated nutmeg

Method of preparation :

Cut the butter and cheese into small cubes. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.

 

In a blender bowl, pour the flour with baking powder, add the cheese, butter, spices and half the eggs.

Beat, you will get crumbs, which you pour on the kitchen counter and knead the dough from them. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, prepare the nuts. Cut them into small pieces and mix them with sesame seeds. You can also use poppy seeds or cumin seeds.

Add the liquid cream to the remaining eggs.

 

When you take the dough out of the fridge, knead it once more to soften it and roll it out on baking paper. The layer should be about 3-4 millimeters thick.

Cut out different shapes using cookie cutters, for example. Coat their surface with a mixture of eggs and cream. Sprinkle with nuts and seeds.

 

Bake the pickles in the oven at 180-200 degrees until golden.
