Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon sifted wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons ice water

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

In a food processor (use an S-knife), mix the spices together with the food yeast. Add the oil and combine with pulsating movements. Add the water in a thin stream and blend until a dough is obtained.

Sprinkle the kitchen counter with flour and knead the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 3-4 millimeters and cut out figures. Transfer them to a parchment-lined tray.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and lightly browned. Wait for them to cool to room temperature and store them in a box for up to a week.
