Required products :

eggs (2 for the dough + 1 for the filling of each pide)
2 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons oil
500 milliliters of warm water
11 grams of yeast
500 grams of flour
3 teaspoons sugar a
pinch of salt

100 grams of yellow cheese
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

Mix 2 eggs with the oil and cream. Pour warm water, stir, add yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt.

 

Sift the flour directly with the bowl with these products and knead the dough. Put it in a greased pan and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Then divide it into 10-12 parts, which you roll out. Shape them like boats, twisting the edges to form small "walls".
