Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs in a bowl,

add the oil,

the yoghurt,

the hot water,

yeast,

sugar and salt to taste.

Beat everything with a wire whisk.

Gradually add the flour

and knead a soft dough.

Put it in a bowl and deal with the filling.

Cut the onion

and fry it until transparent in a pan with heated oil, add a piece of butter.

Then pour the minced meat and while it is frying, cut the peppers into circles. Add them to the semi-finished minced meat and stir. Add the chopped garlic, tomato paste or red pepper sauce, salt, pepper, spices to taste and mix everything well.

Peel a squash, grate it and pour over the minced meat. Let the mixture simmer briefly and finally add the chopped parsley. Stir and turn off the stove. The filling is ready.

Divide the dough into 8 parts.

Roll each one out, giving it an oval shape. Place in a pan, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper and put about 1.5 tablespoons of the filling on each piece of dough, distributing it along its length.

Screw the free ends inwards, pinch the sides to close the resulting narrow "boats". Sprinkle some of them with grated yellow cheese, and spread the rest with beaten egg. Spread egg on the dough on the surface of the future delicacy.

Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven until golden brown.

Have a good time!
