Put the apples in a greased saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, add the vanilla pod and stir. Heat the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool the fruit, remove the pod and add the cinnamon, caramel, walnuts and vanilla. Stir and set aside. Roll out the dough and cut two crusts with the same shape on the pie pan. Spread the first crust on the dish and press the dough against the walls.
From the second make incisions in the shape of petals and decorate them.
Distribute the fruit filling in the bowl, smooth and cover evenly with the pasta flowers. Brush the pie with egg yolk, sprinkle with granulated sugar and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the cake for 25 minutes and cool. Cut, serve in a plate and enjoy the delicate fruity taste and aroma.
