Necessary products

For the dough:

3 eggs
200 grams of flour
50 grams of starch
100 grams of yogurt
100 grams of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

100 grams of rice
1 large onion
3 boiled eggs
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it until golden.

 

Boil the eggs hard, peel them and grate with a coarse grater.

 

Boil the rice until ready in salted water.

 

Then mix the prepared products and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

 

Knead the dough, first combining the eggs, yoghurt and mayonnaise in a suitable bowl.

 

Add soda, salt, starch and mix everything thoroughly. It is time to gradually add the flour, you will get a dough with a consistency of thick cream.

 

Pour half of it into an oiled form (in this case a round one with a diameter of 28 cm is used).

 

Distribute the rice filling evenly with the eggs.
