Learn how to cook "Pie with cheese, bechamel sauce and sesame". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

300 g of finished dough

lubricating oil

sesame for sprinkling

For the Béchamel sauce:

50 g butter

2-3 tablespoons flour

500 ml of fresh milk

salt and spices to taste

For the stuffing:

500 g of cheese

5 eggs

Method of preparation:

Start with the sauce. Melt the butter, add the flour, spices and stir until smooth. Remove from the heat and gradually dissolve with the milk, being careful not to form lumps. Then put the pan on low heat and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat again, add a little grated cheese and stir.

Here's the stuffing. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, add the eggs one by one to the cooled sauce and mix well. Add the cheese. Stir again.

"Assemble" the pie. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Sprinkle the hob with flour and roll each one thinly. Place one layer of dough in a greased pan, then 1/3 of the filling, next layer of dough, stuffing and so on until you finish stacking with dough. Spread melted butter on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pierce the pie in several places with a fork.

Place in a preheated 250 degree oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Remove the baked pie from the oven, cut into pieces and serve.

Enjoy!
