1/2 teaspoon salt

50 grams of softened butter

1 egg yolk to spread

flour (as much as it takes)

For the stuffing:

3 pieces of chicken fillet

fresh parsley to taste

1 teaspoon bechamel sauce

salt and pepper to taste

For the béchamel sauce:

1 teaspoon fresh milk (or chicken broth)

50 grams of butter

1 tablespoon flour (topped)

salt and white pepper

a little grated nutmeg if desired

baking dish with a diameter of 20 centimeters

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water, stir and leave for 15 minutes.

Then add the cream, egg, butter and salt.

Stir with a wire whisk.

Gradually add the flour.

Knead the dough and leave it to rise.

Boil the chicken.

Cut into small pieces.

It's time for the sauce.

Melt the butter in a deep frying pan.

Add the flour and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon so that no lumps form.

Gradually pour the broth (or milk) into the bowl, stirring after each topping up.

Season to taste.

Let the sauce boil for 2-3 minutes, then you can strain to make sure there are no lumps left.

Add the béchamel to the chopped meat and add the parsley to taste.

Stir and the filling is ready.

Knead the dough briefly on a plate sprinkled with flour, divide into two parts, one larger than the other. Spread the larger one on the bottom of the dish, which you have previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Form walls at the edges, pour the filling and press.

Roll out the remaining dough and close the pie with it, pinching the edges. Make a hole in the middle and leave for 20 minutes to rise. Spread with egg yolk (or milk).

Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven until done. While it is still hot, grease its surface with oil and wait for it to cool down a bit before cutting.

You can serve with a salad.

Enjoy your meal!
