Sift the flour with the salt, add the chopped cold butter and quickly grind the products with your fingers until they turn into crumbs. Beat the eggs, pour the cream and vigorously knead the dough, which is stored in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Boil the potatoes and fillets and cut them into small pieces. Chop the onion and fry until golden on medium heat (about 3-4 minutes). Mix these ingredients, add the mushrooms, season with pepper and salt.
Make the topping by combining the sour cream with the milk, eggs and all your favorite spices.
It's time to assemble the pie.
Roll out the dough, the thickness of the layer should be about 3 millimeters. Put it in a tray and press it to the bottom and walls.
Spread the delicious filling on this base and pour the milk-egg mixture over it.
Bake in the oven (takes about 45-50 minutes).
