Learn how to cook "Pie with cottage cheese, green onions and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 teaspoons flour
200 grams butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons vinegar (6%)
pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

500 grams of cottage cheese
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 bunch green onion feathers
2 eggs
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Remove the butter from the refrigerator just before making the pie. Grate it.
Beat the egg in a standard glass with a capacity of 200 milliliters. Add vinegar and oil to it, fill the glass to the brim with water. Mix everything thoroughly.
Grind the flour together with the grated butter by hand and add the contents of the cup to the mixture. Knead the dough and divide it into 7 equal parts. Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Meanwhile, make the filling. Add the chopped dill and green onions, eggs, salt to taste to the curd and mix everything well.

It's time to form a pie, but don't take all the dough out of the fridge. Take one part and when you're done with it, then subtract the next.

Roll out the dough thinly on a plate sprinkled with flour. Put some of the filling in the middle of the layer so that the edges are free. Cut them into 6 parts, which you fold inwards towards the center, closing the filling on all sides, starting with two opposite, then the next two and finally the third pair. Press the pie lightly with your hands. Do the same with the rest of the dough.

Bake the dish in a hot and oiled pan for about 5 minutes on each side, first placing the loaves with the "seam" down.

Enjoy your meal!
