Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of pie crusts
  • 2 links fresh dock
  • 250 grams of grated cheese
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and scald the dock. Drain, cool and cut. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil, fry and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, cheese, dock, yogurt and salt. In another bowl, pour the oil and butter, spread half of the crust and pan. Arrange them and pour the filling.

Cover with the second half and glaze with the remaining fat. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut and serve the pie warm.
